Class Details
Safe Quality Creative Classes for those aged 26+ Designed for Fun, Friendship, Self-esteem and Creative Exercise into our GOLDen years! Weekly classes from 6:45pm on Monday evenings.
2012 Pan Pacific Masters Games
The 8th Pan Pacific Masters Games will be held from 3 to 11 November 2012 on the magnificent Gold Coast. For THE FIRST TIME EVER, calisthenics will be represented, and Kingston GOLD Masters will be there!
